Action Plan Post COVID-19

As schools across the world gear up to open their classrooms to staff and children, a well balanced Action Plan that contains best practices to support staff and children will be the key to success.

Focus on SEL should be a major component of the Action Plan, this will enable schools and families to bounce back and start functioning as smoothly as possible.

Will we go back to what school was before COVID-19? Not in the near future, which is both sad and also a scope for new reforms, new approaches which address the whole child leading to school being not just the provider of academic skills but also contributing in nurturing the key elements of peace, joy and compassion in all.
